SATEBA CONTINUES ITS GROWTH STRATEGY
Building on the successful acquisition of the Belgian De Bonte Group’s concrete sleeper business last July, we are delighted to announce that SATEBA has now officially acquired PREFARAILS, another entity previously owned by De Bonte.
Based in Soignies and employing around forty people, PREFARAILS is a leading industry provider known for delivering both high quality precast slabs for embedded rail systems, and embedded rail systems themselves.
The company is particularly renowned for mastering the integration of any road superstructure in its slab elements to enable a perfect visual integration of the track into the city, while minimizing disruption during track laying.
This new strategic acquisition marks another significant milestone in SATEBA’s growth journey and reflects our commitment to expanding our global footprint.
