Looking back at 2024, it has been a year of remarkable achievements and significant progress for Sateba. Thanks to the collective effort and dedication of our team, we have further developed Sateba and strengthened our position in the industry.
Beyond our solid business performance across various regions, one of the key highlights of 2024 was the successful acquisition of the Belgian De Bonte Group’s concrete sleeper business in July, followed by their PREFARAILS business in December.
Together with the successful integration of Vapérail in 2023, these acquisitions have strengthened our capabilities and broadened our presence in France and Belgium.
Furthermore, we are proud to reaffirm our commitment to a more sustainable future, driven by the successful and accelerated development of our Green strategy.
As we look to 2025, we are excited about joining the Vossloh Group, with integration expected to take place in the spring, pending the necessary regulatory approvals.
This is a major milestone in our journey, and we look forward to embracing the opportunities and growth it will bring.
