SATEBA keeps on growing thanks to the completed acquisition of the rail activities of the Belgian De Bonte Group.

SATEBA, the European leader in concrete sleepers, has confirmed and completed the acquisition of the rail activities of the Belgian De Bonte Group.
This operation, which brings its turnover to almost 350 million euros, enables SATEBA to extend its geographical presence by acquiring two additional sites in France and two others in Belgium. SATEBA Group will thus have a presence in 10 countries.
It follows the successful acquisition and integration of Vapérail in 2023 and confirms SATEBA’s leadership in the development of sustainable rail infrastructure.
